: If you grew up in the 80's you probably had all the Smurf collectables like I did. This color is... well.... Smurfy! I used 2 coats of Funky Fingers 220 volts. It's a total Smurf blue cream. Really fun and cute on the nails. I have to give you a disclaimer... I altered the color in the pictures so that it better represented real life. (That's not something I do without telling you.)
